Dino’s Storage utilizes an online auction format. This facilitates the maximum number of bids in order to sell the items at the highest possible price and reduce the tenants unpaid balance. Below you will find some of the rules and procedures of the auctions. See the individual auction for exact details.

- The winning bidder will process a payment online through our website. Payment should include both the cleaning deposit and winning bid amount. Click here to be taken to the payment page. Select the Auction location and use “Auction- (the unit number listed in auction)”. Then you will be taken to our third party payment page for completion.

- After payment is made, contact Dino’s HQ at 402-916-4015 to make an appointment to for access to the unit just purchased.

- Clean out the unit within 72 hours. Once the unit is clean and inspected by a member of the Dino’s Storage team. We will process a refund of the cleaning deposit.
- Dino’s Storage does ask if you find photo’s, personal identification items, or keepsakes in the storage unit to turn back into us so we can try to get back to the tenant.
