Dino’s Storage has specific business policies. Please throughoully read everything so you are aware of our rules and regulations. For example, did you know that no location accepts cash? Read below to find out more.

- Dino’s Storage is not responsible for damages caused by water, snow, vandalism, fire, tornado, or theft, etc.
- New to the storage world? Not a problem – we are here to help! We can help you decide what size of unit is best and what type is most beneficial to your needs: indoor vs. outdoor, standard vs. non climate, drive-up vs. parking.
- If you will be moving out of your storage unit, please give your notice in writing, at least 10 days prior to the next rental period. Or you can fill out the move out form online.
- No deposit!
- When vacating your storage unit, leave it in clean and rentable condition. The lock is yours; remember to take it with you so we know you are done!
- Dino’s Storage Protection Plan provides tenants with coverage of up to $1000 of damages at no additional cost. Tenants can also opt in to receive higher coverage of $2500 or $5000 for more valuable items. Exclusions do apply – please check with the manager for more details
- Please notify us immediately when you move so we can speak with you about your storage unit if needed

- The locations now have dumpsters on site that can be used for a fee. However, we have the right to refuse anything unreasonable placed in the dumpsters.
- Use of utilities is not allowed.
- Our leases are month-to-month, but some of our locations offer long-term leases at discounted rates. Others run specials for prepaying for 3 or 6 months. The lease will default at month to month, but if you know you will need the unit longer, ask for long-term rates.
- Only one name on the lease. If you want anyone else to have access to the unit, that is your decision.
- We do not spray for bugs or provide rodent poison, but you are welcome to do so in your space.
- We may prorate your rent when moving in, but we do not prorate when you move out. Our leases are month to month at a minimum, we do not provide day to day leases.
- No refunds will be issued.
- Money orders will not be accepted at Dino’s Storage, but rather should be mailed to 1569 Orange St., Winnipeg MB R3E 3S2

- With proper notice given to you, we reserve the right to change the terms at the time of renewal.
- Returned checks and declined credit card payments will be subject to a $35 return fee.
- We require tenants to use a disk lock for their units. You can bring one from home or purchase one at our locations at a discounted rate. We no longer allow pad locks and appreciate your understanding.
- Need a storage unit sight unseen? We can fax or email you the lease so the unit is move-in ready when you arrive in town!

- The Penske drop-off boxes are for truck keys ONLY. We only open the key drop off box when a truck is dropped off after hours. If you put a money order or check in the truck box, we may not get it for a long time and you will be subject to late fees. These payments should be mailed to the Orange Street location.
- Please ask about our Storage Auctions!
- If you change your address, please notify us in writing at least ten days prior to the next rental period or fill out the address change form online.
