Dino’s Customer Service

We strive to have great customer service and do what we can for our customers. Just last week we had a customer come in that had an emergency situation. She needed to have a storage unit and have her mother moved out of her house that day. She didn’t realize that we also have Penske trucks for rent. Needless to say, she rented a Penske truck from us. She got everything that she needed done in the time that she needed to. When she returned the Penske truck to us she came in to personally thank us for the professional service and all the help that we provided. It certainly makes my day when I have those customers that make the extra effort to show their appreciation. That is exactly the kind of customer service that we like to provide to our customers and you can expect to receive at Dino’s Storage. Here are some of the great reviews that Dino’s Storage gets from our customers:

“I will come back again if I need storage again. Thank you!” 🙂 – Rebecca B.
“Tammy was very friendly and helpful.” – Marcus J.
“Thanks for keeping our items safe and secure.” – Keith B
“I’d like to thank all the staff – they were very helpful.” – Brian T.
“Was treated very well by staff and will always recommend Dino’s to my friends. Thank you.” – Clyde K.
“Good customer service. Thanks a lot!” – Michelle M.

If you ever have any questions or would like to come in and see us about a storage unit you can contact Jennie or Tammy at our Bellevue Facility at 1001 Cornhusker Rd – 402-293-4667

TODAY At Dino’s Storage

Today is a day we can make a difference.
Today is not just about doing our job but how we do it.
Today is important and how we live it.

Core-Values1

At Dino’s Storage we have THREE CORE VALUES
1. Have a servant heart with discernment.
2. Have a burning desire to be the best possible version of ourselves.
3. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth.

Attitude and actions are important. Sometimes we are hit with negatives and forget the positives. Mother Teresa gave us a message about this:

“People are often unreasonable and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.
If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway.
If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway.
The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.
For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them.

We at Dino’s Storage want to make this a good day for you.

Do you remember your first day?

First and foremost, I would like to take this time to thank everyone at Dino’s for being so kind in welcoming me to the company. I am new to the storage business and it has been an exciting change of pace for me. The dedication and support from co-workers is amazing, which makes my job that much easier. I can say the same about the tenants here at the Cedardale location. They have been nothing less then helpful and welcoming. The people that I have met in my first months with Dino’s are excited about the change and new policies I have been trying to implement, which makes me excited to keep on diving in to help make renting from us easy. I cannot wait to see what is in store for me here in the future!

Helping in the Community

Food Bank  As the holidays and winter months approach we are doing are part here at Bellevue’s Dino’s Storage to help out in the community. There is always a need for help in the community but during the holiday season and the colder months of the year it is even more important to help out where we can.

  • New customers who come in with a donation of 5 nonperishable food items will get their application fee waived.
  • Bring in 10 additional items we will give you half off a second month.

Last year we were able to donate approximately 25 barrels of canned and boxed food items. We are hoping to donate even more this year. All donations go to Foodbank of the Heartland.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL / CLIMATE CONTROL / HUMIDITY CONTROL-WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?

The world of public storage is changing; and just as with everything else, you now have multiple choices.  It can be hard to know what you need if you don’t know what it all means. Temperature control and climate control are basically the same thing.  Many people make the mistake of thinking climate control means humidity control;  but they are actually two different things.

Climate controlled storage spaces (also known as “temperature controlled” ) are cooled in the summer and heated in the winter.  Severe hot or cold weather can damage items in storage units over a period of time.  Things like wood furniture, electronics & media, wax, vinyl records, appliances, photos, & paintings tend to warp, crack, split, discolor.  Most climate control facilities maintain a steady temperature of 50-80 degrees.  As a general rule, the temperature in a climate-controlled storage unit should not fall below freezing in the winter or rise above 90 degrees in the summer.  If the temperature in the region you live exceeds 90 degrees in the summer but does not freeze in the winter, air-conditioning would be a viable option to consider.  Same with only extreme cold temperatures – a heated storage unit would work well.  If your area experiences both extreme hot and cold temperatures, climate control is a definite must.

Humidity controlled storage spaces control and reduce humidity.  Moisture and mold are two of the leading causes of damage.  The best way to protect against humidity is to keep the air from going stale. Humidity controlled facilities are equipped with humidifiers that constantly circulate the air and reduce the amount of actual water vapor. Humidity is measured by percent. Between 25% – 45% is dry and 50% – 75% is normal.  Most humidity controlled facilities keep the environment at no less than 40% and no more than 70%. This is the perfect choice of storage environments if you are storing musical instruments, fine furniture, electronics & media, paintings, fabrics, photos, irreplaceable items like precious family heirlooms or memorabilia, business documents and papers.  It is especially important to choose this type of storage facility if you live in an area which has moderate to high humidity levels combined with high and or low temperatures.  This is because the damaging effects of extreme temperatures on your belongings are multiplied when moisture is in the air as well.

Dino’s Storage facilities offer the comfort of climate control with the benefits of humidity control in one space.  So you can rest assured that your valuables are secure in the best storage environment available.

No Need to Wait…We’ll Be Here Today and Tomorrow to Help

Do not withhold good from those who deserve it when it’s in your power to help them. If you can help your neighbor now, don’t say, “Come back tomorrow, and then I’ll help you.  Proverbs 3:2

Dino’s Storage will NOT tell you to come back and we’ll help you tomorrow.  We are a here and now company, whether that is during business hours or not. At Dino’s Storage we pride our foundation on connecting the consumer with their needs to storage.

One of Dino’s Storage core values is: Having the burning desire to be the best version of ourselves possible.  My team and I have extremely talented property managers that will go above and beyond, being the best version of themselves for our current and future customers.  Sometimes I get stomach pains from the burning desire with creating new ways to better my life and Dino’s Storage.

What To Look For In A Storage Facility

Storage facilities can be found in old and new communities across the country. There are several factors you should consider before making your decision on what facility you will store your belongings with.

  • Cost – Shop around and get prizes from several facilities. Be sure to understand what your exact financial responsibility will be.
  • Size – What size will you need and is that size available?
  • Climate – Do you need climate or non-climate control? Will your items be stored on cement or dirt? Does the facility have the potential to flood?
  • Insurance – Do you currently have a renter or home owner’s policy? Check with your agent to see what your coverage is. Does the facility provide any coverage you can purchase?
  • Security – Secure your unit with a “closed shackle padlock” commonly known as a disc lock. Does the facility have a security gate/door? Is the property fenced? Does it have security cameras?
  • Access – What hours do you have access? Is your unit easily accessible? Does the facility provide moving equipment you can access?
  • Contract – Does the facility offer a written lease? Be sure to understand the terms of the lease from payment to termination requirements. Make sure the facility has multiple ways of contacting you.

At Dino’s Storage Bondurant, you are financially responsible for your monthly rent, a $10 application fee, and your padlock. We do have insurance and packing supplies available for purchase. We are a non-climate control facility with 5×10, 10×10, 10×20, and 10×25 size units available. Your items are stored on cement and we are a well drained facility. You have access 24/7 and will be provided a code for our security gate. We are fenced and have cameras on the property. Our leases are on a month to month basis.
